From 4th January 2022, our official office opening hours will be changing. Following significant review and consultation with customers, we are making this change in order to provide better support than ever.
New hours will be 8:45am until 5:15pm.
This will allow us to have more support team members available during these hours. You will still be able to contact us using the same channels as always:

- EMAIL: Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for support any time – we will get back to you as soon as possible during operating hours.
- WEB: Leave us a message on our website at www.cdvi.co.uk/nordic/contact – we will get back to you as soon as possible during operating hours.
- SUPPORT CENTRE: Available whenever you need it – head to support.cdvi.co.uk to find videos and articles to help you solve your technical queries.
We will still be offering next-day shipping on many of our products. The cut-off time for next-day shipping is 4:00pm.
